POLE BUNNY'S SIMPLE POLE COMBO OF THE WEEK!

I absolutely love this simple intermediate pole combo!
You begin with a little of what I like to call: Pole WERK! LOL!
Next: Shoulder Mount: Ensure that you begin your shoulder mount in proper form. ( Feet close to pole and pole up against your trap.
Follow with: A sit into your cup grip. I personally prefer to have legs bent, and then open into aysha. ( This ensures that your body is indeed aligned.)
Finish with: A controlled drop into your split!!
Please note: I am wearing pants in this combo and I do not suggest wearing leggings or any form of pants, unless you are comfortable without the grip. Safe poling!! :)
